We deliver within Singapore mainland & Worldwide.

Singapore Delivery S$8 | Free Delivery for Orders Over S$69 Purchase (Exclude Zamzam Water)

Please note, the shipping time takes up to 2-4 business days.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 1 business day to process your order through our store.

Business days do not include Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays after 12:00PM will begin processing the following Monday.

The system will automatically send you an Email or Massage with tracking numbers. You may tracked your order with the tracking number given.

You may contact the courier company directly with the email provided to you.

We can ship worldwide for most items. Worldwide shipping may be limited on large products, so please check in with our support team rep prior to ordering. Our system cannot provide a shipping price. Please request an invoice from our team support or email idealssouq@gmail.com to purchase your items.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All products can be exchange due to expiry or spoiled. But however zamzam water is exclude from the subject, it cannot be change or refund.
