Product Description

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in neither true color nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Product Order

We shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products detailed are correct but reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the Products without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Not all Products sizes will correspond exactly to the description offered on-line. We reserves the right to provide the nearest size of Product at the nearest price.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Delivery

We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer) within the time frame selected by the Customer but we shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.

No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & Public Holidays and Delivery slots are subjected to availability.

The Customer is to notify us immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.

In the event the customer mentioned with an incorrect address, and item(s) was delivered, there will be a $30 charge for a re-delivery.

We shall not be responsible for the items after the delivery of goods (in terms for change of state/quality of product) has been done, upon removal of our possession.

We will not enter the premise of which our delivery vehicles are unable to enter(condominium, private properties , and customer will have to arrange for a proxy to collect the items at designated area (guard house).

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
